Once you purchase a PIN, you can recharge a mobile abroad in 4 different and simple ways:

- Download special application from Google Play (available for Android phones) and follow the simple steps

- Call from any fixed or mobile phone to a special number and follow the prerecorded voice instructions.

What is PIN RecargaNauta.it and how does it work?

The RecargaNauta.it PIN is a prepaid PIN which you can use to recharge Nauta accounts in Cuba from Italy. Nauta accounts are used to browse the Internet at WiFi public access points (especially popular in all big cities) and in the fixed Internet stations operated by Etecsa in Cuba.

Once the PIN is purchased, you can recharge a Nauta account in 3 different and simple ways:

- Visit website www.recarganauta.it and complete simple steps

- Download RecargaNauta.it application from Google Play (available for Android phones) and complete simple steps

- Send SMS with your PIN to 320 2041944, asterisk and Nauta account to top up.

NB: in Sisalpay points of sale we do not sell plastic physical cards, but printer receipts with PIN code and instruction on how to use the purchased product.

Do the products purchased expire?

Due to a digital nature of commercial products all of them have an expiry date, usually 90 days since the first usage.

The expiry date is written in the description of each card on our website.

NB: if it happens that you have an expired product (with available credit) from any of our direct distributors (namely: aMundoCuba, Plus One, New Two, Teletu, RecarcaCubacel.it, RecargaNauta.it, IndiaRecharge.it), you can contact us via the contacts page on our website (or call our offices), giving us the product name, PIN and serial number. We will immediately reactivate that product.
